Rocks Partners seeks a strategic Game Manager to lead game provider partnerships. You will own the full cycle: from integration and commercial negotiations to performance analysis and joint campaigns, building a top-tier portfolio and maximizing revenue. We seek a proactive partner with 1.5+ years of iGaming experience, proven negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, English B1+, and direct experience with Tier-1 markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with game providers, from workflow setup to new integrations.
- Lead strategic negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms and exclusive content.
- Oversee game launches, lobby placement, and promotional campaign execution.
- Analyze gaming metrics (GGR, engagement) to identify revenue opportunities and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retention teams to align strategy and boost player engagement.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role as Game Manager, Account Manager or Casino Product Manager within iGaming;
- Proven experience in communicating and negotiating with game providers;
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 market;
- Understanding of key iGaming metrics and the commercial aspects of game provider partnerships;
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills;
- English level B1+ (required for communication with international partners).
